In this three-day training course, you will learn project management principles, tools, and techniques to plan and control the execution of capital investment projects to create business value regardless of the project size, type, complexity, or Industry. This training course presents the following critical topics: project governance, stakeholder management, business management, risk management, change management, and planning and construction of capital projects.
