Programme Description

 

In this three-day training course, you will learn project management principles, tools, and techniques to plan and control the execution of capital investment projects to create business value regardless of the project size, type, complexity, or Industry. This training course presents the following critical topics: project governance, stakeholder management, business management, risk management, change management, and planning and construction of capital projects. Participants will practice the project management principles with discussions of scenario-based questions and real-world exercises.

He has developed technical content and delivered training courses in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma to managers, leaders, and engineers in Canada, the United States, and Latin America. He has delivered consulting to establish a PMO in private companies and government organizations. Ha can blend analytical skills with technical expertise to drive project delivery efficiently.
He is a committed researcher who developed a construction project management software called PEMS, paired with AI, that integrates Planning, Finance, and Construction to track margins and forecast final cost and completion date.
