PMIG's Flagship Training Courses currently Offered
The Project Management Institute of Guyana offers a wide range of Project Management and General Management namely:
1. CERTIFICATE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
TARGET GROUP: This course will provide newly appointed project managers, recently graduated management students of a recognized tertiary institution, or those who are working with projects but have not attended formal PM training, with the fundamental framework, concepts and guidelines necessary for understanding projects and for pursuing higher- level studies within the field.
2. DIPLOMA IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
TARGET GROUP: This course is aimed at providing practicing project Managers with up-to-date theoretical information and hands-on practical skills required for today’s competitive and demanding project management environment. This course is the natural progression from PMIG’s Certificate in Project Management.
We facilitate small classes to ensure individualized attention to our learners.
3 ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The Advanced Diploma in Project Management provides the groundwork for students wishing to advance to the Project Management Professional (PMP) programme
• For registered PMI students who have been accepted to sit the PMP examination, a special one week programme would be conducted to assist them in the preparation for this examination
